HALF-PINT CHALLENGE
Indianapolis #1036 is challenging each club to send a runner or walker to take part in the country's largest half-marathon, the Indianapolis 500 Festival Mini-Marathon. The real race is to raise more money than the other participating clubs. Raise money through pledges, donations, blackmail, whatever means necessary to raise the most money.

What's in it for you... er, the kids?
Simple... cash! We'll split the proceeds with the club who raises the most money. Oh, and did we mention the personal satisfaction of completing a half marathon with 35,000 of your closest friends? Participants and supporters will also be included in our post-race festivities, souvenirs, and camaraderie.

Details about our first "grown-up" (read black tie optional) event will be posted soon. The night will include live music, catered food, beer and wine tastings from local masters, live and silent auctions, and so much more to keep things interesting.
